Partial and full refunds are subject to the conditions below: |

1. Before 31 August 2024 - full refund for cancelled registrations.

| 2. Between 1 September to 1 October 2023 – partial refund (50%) for cancelled registrations. |
| 3. From 2 October 2024 - No refund for cancelled registrations. |
| 4. All cancellations involving a refund will be subject to a 10% administration fee. Refunds shall be processed within six weeks. |
